MEET THE STAFF

Sean Payne

Senior Pastor
Sean began serving as the Associate Pastor at CRBC in 2013 and was called to be the Senior Pastor in 2015. He is married to Mollie Payne, a teacher and coach. Sean and Mollie have three children are both excited to be a part of what God is doing at Cross Roads Baptist Church!

Cam Martin

Family Pastor
Cam is a local of Hartwell, GA. He attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and religion. He has been on staff at Cross Roads since 2021 as the Family Pastor, working with our youth and kids’ ministry. He is excited and amazed to see what God is doing here at Cross Roads!

Shay wallace

Administrative Assistant
Shay Wallace was raised in Maysville, GA and is a graduate of the University of Georgia. She began serving at Cross Roads Baptist Church in 2019. She is married to Caleb Wallace, a lineman at Georgia Power. Shay and Caleb have two sons, Rhett and Canaan. Shay is happy to be here to serve the staff, church members, and community of Cross Roads!

Jaime Rice

Preschool/Children's Director
Jaime Rice is a Hartwell, Georgia native and has served in the local church for 25 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College and a Master of Arts in Theology with a concentration in women's studies from Truett McConnell University. Jaime began serving at Cross Roads in 2023.

Larry & Shirley Kaiser

Custodians
Larry and Shirley work hard throughout the week to ensure that our facilities are clean and sanitary. They both love the church and have a heart for ministry. Larry was ordained as a pastor at CRBC in 2016 and  currently serves as the pastor at a one of our sister churches.

Joey Byrum

Facilities & Grounds Director
Joey is a native of Hartwell, GA. He has been on staff with Cross Roads since 2023, serving in multiple areas of our ministry. You can find Joey keeping up our grounds weekly and working on projects to improve our church. He serves on our greeting team on Sunday mornings and as a one of our deacons.
